Required Deposits

    Applicants Approved with Condition Deposit Will Equal 1 Month’s Rent.

Required Fees

  • Application Fee: $50 per apartment
  • Administration Fee: $350

Optional Fees – Pet (2 Max)

  • One Time Non-Refundable Pet Deposit: $300 per pet
  • Monthly Pet Rent: $35/mo per pet

Situational Fees

  • Late Fee: 10% of base rent
  • Early Lease Termination: 60 day notice and 2 month’s base rent and repayment of concessions, if applicable.
  • Transfer Fee: One month rent of current apartment
  • NSF Fee: $50
  • Replacement Key Fob: $25
  • Lockout: $75
  • Renter's Protection: $11.14/m

Utilities & Insurance

  • Electricity: TBD paid directly to provider
  • Water/Sewer: Paid with rent
$60 for 1 bedroom paid with rent
$75 for 2 bedroom paid with rent​
Note: Please be advised that there maybe other charges you would be responsible for that are "variable/incidental" and/or "unknown", such as: damage to the owner's property caused by you, your household member(s), or guest(s) (for which an invoice would be issued to reimburse for the same); or water/sewer charges (based upon your actual exclusive usage, and for which invoicing will be provided in accordance with your lease and water/sewer addendum).
